Form 15 Apartments

The leasing and building teams are so great here. Rachel and Kelly in the leasing office are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely eager to help. They always take the time to answer questions thoroughly and go out of their way to make residents feel supported and welcomed. The maintenance team is equally outstanding. Johnnie is consistently prompt, responsive, and very helpful whenever a request comes in — you can really rely on him. The cleaning crew also deserves recognition. They work tirelessly and are the first people in the building every morning keeping everything spotless and cared for.

I believe the pictures speak for themselves. After living here for a year, I can confidently say that Form 15 and Essex as a whole does not care about anything more than your money. From bug issues, to immature leasing agents, this place is truly one of the worst places to live in downtown San Diego. Please avoid and if you do stay, utilize the 30 day satisfaction before you realize its flaws like I did.

I chose to make Form 15 my home for the two years I was stationed in San Diego and overall had a great experience! The price point was right where I wanted to be for a 1 Bed 1 Bath. Everyone on staff was incredibly helpful anytime I had a question and maintenance requests were always taken care of in a timely manner . The location for me was ideal with the trolley lines being nearby, as well as on-ramps to most major highways. The amenities were also great for the price. The gym, pool, hot tub, grilling areas, etc. are all just a part of the experience and were great to be able to utilize. There of course are some downsides to being downtown, but those are outside of the property’s control.

From applying to move in day, the move-in process has been super efficient and seamless. Rachel and Kelly have been very friendly, quick to respond and easy to work with. Maintenance has been Johnnie on the spot. The maintenance guy's name is literally Johnnie. The apartments are well made and hardly any neighbor noise. I love the East Village vibe. So lively and within walking distance to a ton of restaurants, entertainment, Petco Park, The Rady Shell and Seaport Village. So far I love living at Form 15!

Form 15 is great! There's a 2 story gym that's open 24 hours, a nice heated pool and jacuzzi that are both well maintained. There's under ground parking that only residents can access. They have a security guard on site (7 days a week 24 hours of the day). The office staff is super helpful and friendly. Would recommend Form 15 Apartments to anyone. Also wanted call out the review from "Issac V" the photo they posted of the large waterbug outside is OUTSIDE. The community is very clean and has a cleaning staff that goes above and beyond!
