I recently represented a very long-term client of mine at Forestville Stations. From the moment we got there the on-site agent Noah was extremely helpful extremely friendly. Eagerly showed us around the model homes and talk to us about the community and was just excellent in the overall presentation of the neighborhood. We went under contract and then when we started working with Gregory our site Foreman he was fantastic as well. Just very open about everything lot of great information talk very well about the community and the sales team. From a general brokerage standpoint this is an excellent neighborhood and has an excellent sales team and construction team and I'd be happy to bring any client I have to that community. I truly could not be happier with my experience. It was a pleasure working with Noah, Greg, and the Taylor Morrison team! From start to finish everything was smooth and communication was always on point. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Their professionalism, kindness, and integrity spoke volumes and it has truly been a really wonderful experience getting to know them as my home was being built. They really care and it shows in their work! Grateful for everyone who was a part of this.. but especially Noah and Greg.

A up and coming subdivision. A good option for seniors if you are able to get up and down stairs. With the outrageous cost of living, those townhomes at least give you nice size rooms. Compared to other builders they still realize some people still cook at home the nice kitchens. Sales rep Noah is AMAZING. If you can afford the monthly payment it's definitely best to go through a credit union that offers 100% financing unless of course you have the 20% down and all the other fees tacked on. The HOA is a little too much for what you get. But the overall look of the homes and quality is better than other subdivisions I've seen.
