I’ve been living here almost 1 year and it’s so quiet and maintenance is super fast when I have any problems plus the rent isn’t sky high like others in the area. Mrs. Deidre in the office is the sweetest person ever!!

I've lived in my one bedroom apartment here for a few years now and I have enjoyed it. If I have had any issues or concerns Deirdre has always addressed them promptly and with a pleasant and understanding demeanor. I enjoy having a laundry room but also a laundry mat on premises if you don't have accommodations. It's a quiet location that's larger that an it seems from the road. Its located next door to Express Oil change and further up is an intersection with multiple businesses and gas stations.

I moved into the neighborhood about a year ago, and just renewed my lease. It's been very quiet and peaceful here. Compared to other apartments I've rented here in Macon this is by far my favorite. The place is well kept and the landscaping company comes out every week and keeps everything looking good. The dumpsters are never overflowing with trash like other apartments in the area and theres hardly any traffic. When I first moved in there was a very slow leak in the kitchen, but when I called maintenance, they had someone fix it literally within 30 minutes. Pretty impressive compared to the last place I rented over by the mall paying way more.

When i first got there they said they had checked everything to make sure the apartment was ready to be moved into. Within the first 2 weeks of living here. The toilet stopped working, none of the doors would close, both the bathroom and sink started leaking, stray cats digging in the garbage. After a month my car was broken into and my cards were stolen so I wasn’t able to pay my rent on time. They ended up charging me 2weeks after moving in. after, my rent went from $800 to $1200. (Which I don’t know how) I went to the landlord and told her what was going on. The next week my rent went to $1400🤦🏾‍♀️which at the time I was working my butt off trying to make the extra money for. Somehow it jumped up to $2500 within a month. I didn’t like how the fees kept hiking up so I end up moving to an
