Update: After posting this review the Property Manager has reached out to me and they have decided to re-open the dog park. Skip this complex. The “dog park” they advertise has been closed and locked since September. They also don’t enforce residents picking up after their dogs, so every time you step into the grass you have to check your shoes. They show you a nicely remodeled model unit, but when you get the keys to your so-called “remodeled” apartment, it feels straight out of the ’80s. Chunks missing from the countertop, a dented yellow fridge, cracks in the walls, disgusting carpet, and no screen door on the sliding door (which took four months to finally get installed). I will say the two maintenance men who eventually came out were respectful and easy to work with — no complaint

The maintenance guy Nick is knowledgeable, friendly, he knows what he's doing and he gets it done right. I haven't had the same experience with the other maintenance guy, but I highly recommend working with Nick on any issues. I feel safe after he's completed his work and I don't have to worry that any work he has done is not correct or that it may cause harm to my family. Highly confident in Nick and only Nick. I enjoy where I live. My building is pretty quiet with some friendly neighbors. I like the geese and the little pond. I do wish there was a community board where we could communicate with each other. I want to say first and foremost that this is the best team I’ve worked with. The landlord is amazing and went above and beyond for my family in our time of struggle. I absolutely love the dog park and how foresty the complex is. It’s honestly really nice and amazing to see it kept up. Proud resident for 1.5 years.

Lived here for the past year. Worst living experience i’ve had. We reported our laundry machine not working in January of 2025. They said they fixed it March of 25. We moved out in July and it was still never fixed. Multiple maintenance orders of damaged parts in our apartment was also never fixed. Just got out move out bill a few weeks ago and are charging me almost $2000 for things being damaged when there is active reports. Staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful when we called about issues not being fixed. Was rude to my father when he reached out. Only good maintenance member was Nick. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE THEY ARE WEIRD !! AC units are held together by aluminum foil. Cabinets have nice holes. Do not waste your money!

For anyone considering moving here, please read the following (TL;DR at the bottom): Cons: Apartment quality: The quality is below average at best. When I moved in, I experienced a strange smell that I couldn't place. Eventually, I traced it to the air ducts which had mold on them (picture attached). I put this in a maintenance request, and each time they came by with a shop vac, and vaccumed my a/c unit which did very little. I was so over the smell that I took off the air vents and cleaned the mold off myself. There is also things that others have mentioned, like scratched wood, baseboards cracking or missing, and none of the windows opening correctly. My garbage disposal has b
