Forest View Apartments

When we first moved in here I thought it was nicer then now but then new people came and now it’s garbage and the pool hasent been opened since like 2022 and they charged my grandma like 2000 dollars for what reason while she was at her lowest and I know that the placed look horrible but we cleaned it up and they changed the locks and they did not let us in her apartment to get my grandpas ashesand for what I know the basements have black mold and the place sucks because I would say this is not worth 1200 rent at all And like a year ago idk if this was the apartments fault or my internet but it kept going out and the balcony’s still have planks on the window so are they done or not so please don’t live here this place does not have any future

No one answers when you try to reach the office.

Please dont rent from this apartment no swim pool the office not open and club house never open for the peoples to use and the landlord is a rip off people

We got a new landlord and he won’t talk to no one or fix anything… I be here for 12 years and I real do miss the old landlord she was the best
