I been here for 7 years this is not the place you want to live me an my neighbor's house got shot up as long as my car and the owner did nothing about it also raise my rent about an extra $400 so I paid the late fee and the rent and $100 for my dog per month in the $500 deposit on my dog and now he wants to try to evict me because I pay my rent late I've never caused no problems here it's

I been staying out here for almost 2 years and I love my town home. Staff is nice never had a problem with them. Every time I put my work orders in they send maintenance right away and I appreciate that. I got a townhome on the end so I got my privacy, plus I don't bother anyone I keep to myself. Only thing I hate is the parents let their children do whatever some kids are rude constantly messing with adults and tamper with things. Gun shots every now and then and neighbors have roaches so some times they come to my house. Not bad for a place that accept section 8 they really trying to get it together out here and I have been seeing improvement.

This is a terrible place to live the kids are out of control and so are the parents I went to work third shift and came home to all my windows gone and holes in my walls also everything Worth any value gone smh and no one can do anything about oh and I have to pay out of pocket for someone else's children

New manager is a racist an is denieing all young black males apartments even at making 20 dollars an hour and no flenoies and good rental history
