PROS I had to stop by to express the amazing experience I had with Brittany Durr. Brittany Durr is literally the biggest asset at this complex. She took great care of me from the moment of our first greeting, to placing the key in my hand. She is phenomenal and gets the job done!!! Brittany is patient and warm hearted. She held my hand and guided me through the leasing process so beautifully. She reassured me when I got anxious about the process and handle my minor tantrums with grace. (Thanks Brittany) She’s easily assessable with quick responses to ease any concerns. So if you are thinking about moving but have some hesitation, give Brittany a call and she will patiently answer any question while holding your hand until she gives you your key! I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff when I was touring this apartment complex. Brittany Durr was extremely helpful with showing me the different options they had available. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

It was a pleasure touring at Forest Ridge Apartments. My leasing agent, Ms. Brittany was very helpful and informative about the community. All the leasing staff including Ms. Brittany was nice, looking forward to what’s next.

Overall my experience was typical living in an apartment until the end. There was a domestic violence incident that happened in my apartment forcing me to leave. Once I realized that the relationship had ended and there was no going back I contacted the apartment asking how I could get my name off the lease because I had moved out. I was then informed that I could not take my name off the lease unless my ex signed a roommate release form. I tried for months to get him to sign it and turn it back into the office because they would not call him up to have him sign it while I was there and ultimately ended up not being signed. Later in the year come October I was informed that they were allowing my ex to move out of the apartment without my permission or consent causing me to lose the remaind

I was very well received by the community, and that was decisive in my choice to live here. Brittany was always attentive, patient, and helpful, answering all our questions and guiding us through the entire application process. I also want to highlight the excellent service provided by the entire leasing office team. Now, I’m counting down the days until the move and looking forward to enjoying everything this place has to offer!
