Where do I even start - Forest Ridge is an absolute dream place to live! From the senic views, to the spacious layouts! And to top it all off, the staff!!! I dont know where me and my little boys would be if it werent for the hard work of their leasing manager Wade!! He was an absolute ANGEL working fast and diligently to get us moved in in a timely manner - he went above and beyond for me. (I still owe him cookies!) Wade is an absolute treasure! The office managers have been nothing short of professional and kind - which we need in this day. I have never felt more at home than I do now - It is not just an apartment complex, it is community, family, it IS HOME! You know I wouldn't leave this review at all, but Google asked me to share my thoughts. It's been over a year since I've lived here, and I'm pretty disappointed post move out. I was promised to refund check within about a month. At the time it would have been a couple hundred dollars . Unfortunately the new staff gave me the runaround and sent me back to another company for my deposit refund which didn't make any sense because I lived at Forest Ridge why would I be calling someone else? Such rude behavior from the office ladies. Living there wasn't bad. Dealing with the aftermath and feeling like my money was stolen is unacceptable

My husband and I have been living at Forest Ridge Apartments for roughly two and a half years now, and it has been a great experience. Nearly everyone we meet, whether residents or staff, are always welcoming and friendly. The staff and management here are extremely helpful and always strive to exceed the expectations of their residents. Throughout the years we've been living here, we have had our fair share of needing maintenance done to our unit. Nothing of the fault of the building and property, but just naturally occurring issues, such as light bulbs burning out and appliances needing fixed or replaced. Been here for a year now and the apartment complex is clean and tidy, all the staff are nice and helpful, including the maintenance workers. The maintenance turn around time is fast, they get to issues right away, and they are always making sure to clean up after themselves, and leave the area clean once they are done. The staff in the office are super friendly and always do their best to help whenever they can. They've always helped whenever Ive had an issue or questions come up. My kids love the pool area and spent pretty much every day there this past summer and that area is always kept clean as well. It is a very quiet community, with friendly residents and pets.

*Be careful with all the additional charges. They charge $40 monthly for EACH pet plus a $300 pet deposit for EACH pet. I have never had to pay monthly pet rent before or pay an additional pet deposit for each pet either. They charge $25 monthly for the first car and even more for the second car. I have never had to pay a monthly fee to park my cars at an apartment I am renting before. You are responsible for paying for your own apartment energy which is expected but they also charge you monthly for water, sewer, trash, common area electricity, common area gas and for public service and this is something that I have never had to pay for at a rental either.
