New management changes almost every year, and this latest company (Touro) hasn’t made the best first impression. There’s no greeting when you walk in, and the staff can feel a bit dismissive. Richmark was by far the best management this complex has had since I moved here, so the shift has been disappointing. The gates are still broken, the trash area stays overflowing, and roaches show up on and off. With the dumpster constantly filthy, raccoons, skunks, feral cats, and possums treat it like a nightly meetup — amusing, but honestly pretty gross. It was a much better experience when Richmark was here. Now we’ll just have to see how this new team handles the property, but so far it’s disheartening enough that I’m considering moving. My heat lights electricity has been off since 9 o’clock last night. It is below 30° outside. The maintenance emergency line is going to a man’s phone who no longer works for the company. It is now 8:40 in the morning and the front office still is not answering their phones and it is freezing in my apartment. This is unacceptable to not even have emergency maintenance line going to someone who works here.

The maintenence guy was so kind and helpful installing my new dishwasher. I'm so pleased! Very impressed with the new management and maintenence crew.
