Forest Place Apartments

Parking sucks, my apartment flooded twice and I only lived there one year. When I reported it to the maintenance man all he said was that he would tell the people up stairs to not use their bathroom. The property was always covered with trash. The neighborhood is terrible. Management was only there a few hours a day and not every day. The apartments are small and the rent is high. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I moved in here approximately three months ago , before moving in I specifically asked if there are any infestation issues , I was promised there were no issues of the sort , but in the short time I’ve been here I’ve seen roaches , mice , and had my ceiling leak water twice just for maintenance to take a week to “ fix “ and him fixing it was painting over the leak in the ceiling. I would highly suggest NOT moving in here . Especially since all of your concerns will be dismissed and or ignored !

Although the area may not be the nicest, the apartment was a gem in the rough when it came to management/maintenance which can be the determining factor for how a renting experience can be. I've enjoyed my stay even with a few wobbly situations all thanks to good communication from Sarah.

Located in a crummy area. The building and units themselves are nice clean, up to date, and reasonably sized . The management was good to me. Parking accommodations were horrible. If you did not have a garage space they only offered 12 parking spaces. Their over flow parking was shared with a school that often had events leaving no reserved parking for tenants.

The apartment units themselves are nice. The building is old and in need of maintenance. The carpets in the hallways are dirty and need to be replaced. Also the hallways, at least in the third floor, smell like pee. Not worth the amount of rent they are asking for.
