We moved into building C from building A last October. The issues with the water began almost instantly. Many times we have been without hot water and heat. In the beginning of February I told Enola that the HVAC guys that kept coming out were not equipped to deal with the boiler at the beginning of this month when we were without heat and water. They slapped a bandaid and on it again, and she called to ask if we had hot water I said “yes” and she said “so, they fixed it.” I bit my tongue in spite of the immaturity she displayed. What do you know? About 3 weeks later and the boiler went down again. It took 3 days for the office to acknowledge that and a new boiler is finally being installed. BED BUGS. I have had the greatest experience with Avenue5 Residential, LLC. They are dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences, for their residents, regardless of the budget. Every staff member is simply amazing… I feel blessed to have lived in a pet friendly community, with a summer pool, right across the street from the Cherry Creek bike path. Every morning, the hallways were freshly cleaned, as well as the common areas. I’ve Been In Here For About 3 Weeks. I Don’t Have Any Complaints I Can See Exactly What’s Going On With All The New Changes. Glendale PD is Always On Property Literally 24/7. I Had The Pleasure Of Working With NOLA She was pretty good to me From Start To Finish. If You Are looking I would Definitely Say Ask To Work With Nola. Great current management, very professional and doing a wonderful job keeping the property safe and clean. I hope the owner make a point to keep this staff. A big improvement. Keep up the good work!! They deserve a 5 for reviews.

The leasing office has been wonderful to work with and the location is great! Overall, my experience has been steadily positive.
