My daughter and I have lived here for five years, and it has truly felt like home. We’ve always felt safe in this community, and we love how animal-friendly the property is. The amenities are plentiful, always well maintained, and add so much convenience to daily life. One of our favorite features is the option to rent the clubhouse for gatherings. It’s such a great space for hosting friends and family. The maintenance crew deserves special recognition. They are consistently prompt, kind, and incredibly helpful. The office staff is just as wonderful! Always professional, friendly, and willing to assist with anything. I’ve had the pleasure of working with KiKi on a few specific situations, and she has shown nothing but patience, understanding, and kindness. The same goes for Diana and Camer

Amazing staff. The best in the business. The office staff go above and beyond to make you feel like you’re home. The maintenance crew is top notch. Completing service calls in a timely manner. While also maintaining the property. I’d definitely make sure to stop by if you’re in the market.

Living @ Forest Hills has been so great! Staff are smart, attentive, efficient, helpful, & consistently nice! Maintenance, tho rarely do you need to call, are there & qualified to fix or to remedy @ a moment's notice. We feel secure and the grounds are maintained daily. Central location to downtown, the campus, & shopping with Valley River Ctr down the street! Most of all, the folks who choose to live here are considerate and having a jacuzzi year round and a gym available 24/7 is really the 'do'ins!!!'

Dryer was replaced with new unit by property management. Existing unit likely had a faulty heating element after work orders for lint cleaning did not resolve issue. I had to wait a bit for new unit but, issue has been resolved. Maintenance were on time and considerate - old unit out/new unit installed in 30 minutes! Very happy!!! Mahalo!

OK, we have lived in quite a few apartments over the years but this one is just too good to not recommend. First of all since our very first contact with Alyssa in the office, when we were looking for an apartment, the staff has absolutely amazed us. So helpful prompt and nice, never failed to get back to us quickly with answers and she was one of the reasons we chose to move in. Since then we have met Kiki and have been equally impressed with her (our dog loves her too) as she never fails to be kind, understanding and helpful. I have never lived somewhere with such great staff. And if that wasn't enough the maintenance team is the most prompt and couteous folks EVER> Sometime responding to requests in a matter of minutes, seriously.
