Forest Hills Apartments

I rented at Forest Hills Apts. for 1.5 years. I can't say enough about the maintenance personnel, the attention to the grounds being kept nice, and the apartments being cozy. I was able to bring my dog with me, along with my cat. I left only because of an opportunity I received to live back out "in the country" where I have my horse and my dog can run. To be able to have a dog there is a privilege, and I grew frustrated with other dog owners, but then I'm sure some would say I put my animals before me, in care.

This is a much overdue review. Sarah the Manager is AMAZING. I've never met anyone like her in a management role with any apartments we rented, and we've rented for several years. Sarah is top of the line class act, A++. She's made all the difference here. If you have a situation with a neighbor, she immediately handles it. She keeps the complex clean, organized, and well kept. The Maintenance staff is STELLAR. We've had some incidences Maintenance was here within the hour. Forest Hills is an ALL-STAR Rental community. Too bad Google only allows for 5-stars, as it deserves 10++. We moved here last year in September 2023. absolutely loved living here very quite and pet friendly. Sarah, Nick, and Johnny were very helpful. There's a nice pool and the grounds are always clean. There are 2 spacious dog parks and its located close to shopping and food.

My boyfriend and I live here since August of this year and every time we have needed someone from management they show up very quickly and fix what needs to be fixed They allow cats and dogs without ever charging you and you'll never find a place to live that never charges you All the places we looked at before moving here wanted a pet deposit and it was non refundable Sarah is the manager and you couldn't ask for a better manager than her Thank you Sarah for all you and your guys do here at Forest Hills Apartments We're glad we're here

I spent about a week in Ocala looking at apartments back in 2022. Everywhere was either too expensive or too shabby, in a poor location, or was difficult to deal with for one reason or another. I found Forest Hills randomly. As of this review I have been here for a bit over 3 years and and I say with full confidence I really love my apartment. The office staff and maintenance are the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Ever. It's quiet and super well maintained. There are great trees around the property, and the landscaping is done so well. They stay on top of it. The maintenance crew is proactive. The office is communicative, responsive, and pleasant. I am happy here.
