Forest Edge Townhomes

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is not a place you want to live. The property company does not care about anything other than filling these apartments. We were told this place is completely renovated. When we moved in the whole place smelled like cats. After removing the vents we discovered the air filters covered in cat hair. The toilet upstairs just ran and ran. The sink downstairs had a massive leak and was dripping water every where. The bathtub up stairs was broken and you had to use a screwdriver to shut it off. The first day we arrived there was no one at the front so maintenance had to let us in our apartment. They didn’t have a key so they proceeded to drill the front door. After about 5 minutes they stopped and went in through the window. There is also trash all over the neighbor

The Neighborhood is such a great friendly Environment with Neighbors that care for one another , Happy conversations and wonderful memories to share amongst neighbors for the duration of my lease period ! I will love living here for such a long long time ! Best Regards !

As a current resident, I am thrilled to see such an amazing improvement in the office and service! I'm so happy that the ML group is here to elevate everything and make things so much better!

Do not I repeat do not move here ! It’s the RATTATOUIE CAMPAIGN AND THEY ARE SMART ASL ! Management thinks patching the holes are a remedy but my dogs been bit twice now by the rats ! Mold and water leaks everywhere due to the rats and the neighborhood isn’t the best unless you are licensed to carry them you might be okay.

I’m a new tenant out here and i absolutely love it. Mr Richard is so nice and was such a big help getting me into my place.
