Panorama at Riverpark in Oxnard don’t give them a 300 fee and you have not seen a unit especially if it’s affordable they are small especially the 1 bedroom the 2 bedroom is not that much bigger I was mislead thinking I could choose which one I wanted you can’t they assign the affordable ones to you. you can’t pick what you want then I was told I couldn’t get my refundable 300 dollars back it’s really unfair I stayed in review never went further than that and they were really rude to me like I was stupid and said I won’t get it back will be filing a small claim to get my funds back.

Oh a list of issues. Living at one of the properties and have been complaining of weed smoking and it drifting into my apartment for years. Read over the leasing agreement and in it says that even with state law it says it's ok. Federal law says no even for medical reasons. Yet for some reason nothing has been done about it for well over a year. This is just one of many issues that could be talked about.

Hopefully Carlos; the regional Manager of the Parkway at Silverado Ranch Apartments will read this. He stays on top of things pertaining issues. But, if he doesn't read this, then whoever does, PLEASE do something. My mom and I have lived at Parkway for 8 years come December and we've brought issues to Management here on numerous occasions, especially most recently but they treat us as if we're trouble makers. For the last year, this property has REALLY sunk to its lowest level in appearance. They've had so-called gardeners that overlook a lot of garbage. What do you pay them for? But most recently within the last 3 months, you haven't had a gardener on property and it shows horribly. All you get every other week, is a crew that walks around with leaf blowers, hiding piles of leaves under

Where to start. Management does not do a thing when you have a complaint. You get letters regarding trash, kids running around, picking up after your pets and you are one resident who sticks to all the rules they have. But when you ask something from them as a simple please remind your residents of the noise ordinance, they are mia or simply do not acknowledge your complaint.
