After the sudden death of my husband, I decided to downsize my home. I contacted this group to hold an Absolute Auction of our 40+ years collection of antiques that I could not use in my new home. They were not only very knowledgeable on the pieces of furniture and glassware that they sold for me , they were very compassionate about realizing these pieces held a lot of memories for me. I would highly recommend this group for any of your real estate or auction needs. To me they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for me.

I am at there auction right now. They practice corrupt and non honest practices. Cliff was talking to his 30 year long friend about 3 items he wanted in the auction . Cliff asked what are they then told him I will make sure you own them at a fair price. ( Shameful no respect for people who signed in and waited to bid) the guy didn’t give him a amount to bid to. He didn’t register to get a number just walk thru and said I want this and these 2 item . The rules are you must have a number to bid or absent bids must give an amount to bid. This wasn’t met and stated they wasn’t but this is my friend was his response. This is a public city county government auction and should be upheld at a standard because it is owned and fund by tax payers . ( corruption) shame on Lancaster if they use this ki
