Cornerstone realty was excellent in handling our home purchase. We purchased a HUD foreclosure home and the reason for mentioning that is because not all realtors are capable of handling that process. It is difficult at best. Not only was the home a foreclosure but it came with some challenges that were beyond anything normal. Deonica was fantastic in getting our offer properly submitted but what really put her out front was she never questioned our offer or suggested we go higher. Trust me, we were low-balling. From start to finish she was the best. One more thing I like to mention, the realtors at Cornerstone are very down to earth. They are a great group of people.
