I absolutely adore living here. The front desk lady is incredibly welcoming and polite. The manager was very helpful in expediting the move-in process. The maintenance man is incredibly respectful and exceptionally skilled at his job. I’ve recommended this place to several friends and family members. My son and I absolutely love it here. It’s conveniently located near the mountains, offering opportunities for hiking. The neighbors are all friendly. I’m certain we’ll be staying here for quite some time.
The maintenance acts like you are asking them for a million dollars when you ask for something to be fixed. It will never get fixed. Especially if you are a woman. You are viewed as a nuisance. Oh and if you have very bad health and are on disability and can barely afford food then they have your car towed so that you have to try and figure out how you’re going to get loads of money to get your car back after they tow it away because of your expired tags that you couldn’t afford to get. And let’s not forget that my disability income is $1,000 per month and my rent is $800. Yeah, that makes total sense. So glad I got into low income housing. 🙄 So if you are really really struggling in life and feel incredibly scared and hopeless I 100% think that moving here is a great idea. It will be tha
I have lived in this property since 2012 I love it here but management have made it a nightmare I was with out a lease for years I kept asking and they kept saying it was being processed whatever that means. Finally I get a phone call if I can come into the office. Turns out the property was being audited and made me sign 2 years of leases then a few months later another. Not complaining that’s what I needed to protect me as a resident. For over a year now I’ve been paying what the lease states and I still have a balance I have asked several people to revise my ledger and no one does as they always have different people in the office and I understand everyone is trying to do their job, but I was getting phone calls every other day from different people and I had to explain the situation bu
I will have to come back to this and leave some photos. My family and I literally walked into this place blind. The only thing we had to go off of was a floor plan; that is it! You will not find pictures anywhere of this and I think that turns a lot of people away. Though not always; let me explain. Rent here is income based. And that does keep costs a little lower for people. This feature alone produces a huge waitlist. There are hardly any openings for this place and that is why there aren't any pictures to show people what they could be coming into. We took a chance and it paid off well. We got a 2bed 2bath floor plan. And dang is it roomy. There is lots of storage, washer dryer hookups, balcony, walk in closet in the master and very close to the mountain trails. This is a pet friendl
So I have been on their so caller waiting list for over 2 years. I called them a few days ago to see my status and I was told that there isn't any apartments available. Interesting to hear that because I know a few people that live in the complex and I know for a fact that there are two vacant apartments there and one of them has been vacant for at least a year. Sounds pretty fishy to me that there was a post about someone who just moved in 3 months ago, but I was told nothing has been available for at least 6 months. Seems like I may have to make certain calls to see if this complex is not wanting to rent to me for a particular reason. And I would love to hear from someone in management to explain things to me.
