1/6/2026 Everything is running smoothly here thank you ; increase in rent, but is expected. Thank you for the holiday card and to the new year. Thank you, Dusty for being consistent. 7/14/2025 Very pleased with the progress the property/company/ landlord/mangers an community has strived for. New parking assignments exciting /new. Look forward to what’s next., New update: 12/12/24 well, increase rent when I completed my paperwork prior why wasn’t it mentioned then? I don’t mind but with rent increase I would like Proper snow removal, proper Lawn care, Trash pick up, air duck cleaned caulking in bathrooms and sinks for proper sealant to avoid mold. Basic up keep. Not because I’m picky, but I would like these units to last a long time even after I’m not here. Catching these things early

Made appointment for a tour received confirmation email morning of said tour traveled 34 min from lochbuie just to find the office closed? But the website showed open ..Are you SERIOUS ? Can’t count how many levels of unprofessional that is .. looked into the ownership of the property find out it’s owned by Archway Housing …emailed the GM of archway .. never responded…nothing ..explains why management at foothills has no problem deceiving potential tenants.. NEVER heard back from anyone SMH ..do better ARCHWAY..

Update: we've been transferred to another unit, however not much as changed... we've got carpeting that isn't complete, injuring myself and kids as nails are exposed. Parts of the new carpet are just free floating on top of other part of the older carper. Switches that don't work as they should. Lights that don't turn on after switching light bulbs. Toilet seat that's missing part, garbage disposal with no blades. Reaching the property manage is next to impossible. Empty promises of repairs and repairman coming with no one showing up. I have boxes of parts left behind but no one is returning to actually install anything... there is currently a man living on property that is trespassing and nothing is done. Do not recommend renting here. Be weary. Townhomes need a major update. Move in w

Since this place has been under new management it has been a breath of fresh air. My move in process was smooth and pleasant! My unit was beautiful upon moving in and any issues i have had management has addressed promptly! The office door is now always open for business during business hours and the phone does not go unanswered. The new office is stunning! The grounds are looking great as there is no longer trash allover and random furniture laying about. I firmly believe this is all due to the new property manager Dusty....he has been very nice and easy to deal with, hes patient in addressing any concerns you may have. I am recently divorced and have not had my own place in 17yrs so this is definitely an adjustment for my kids and I. Dusty has helped make my transition as easy as possibl

This place has went downhill since new owners has taken over as middle of March....Trash everywhere, large items just put beside dumpsters, gutters need cleaned out ...need maintenance....and wall pavers are coming unglued...and neighbors will not stop throwing food out which brings more rodents here to property. And your amenities says smoke free but this place is not yet....and your sign in front of office still says Archway communities.....they don't own this property Cornerstone Residential does.....and these old windows are letting too much cold air in, please fix them.....please check my downstairs windows and fix them.
