Neighborhood is good. Office very friendly and helpful. What sucks is there no one bedrooms only twos and threes

When I used to live here it was an absolute nightmare. First of all, management is more interested in prying into your personal life than addressing the issues you bring up. Every time I used report a problem, like the massive roach infestation, they find some way to blame me or give me a flimsy excuse like, "It’s because of how people live here." Really? Isn’t it your job to deal with pests and keep the property livable? What’s worse is that they never actually fix the issues you bring to their attention. I’ve reported the roaches multiple times back then, only for them to turn around and fix something completely unrelated, It feels like they’re more focused on looking busy than solving real problems. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The management here is terrible! They constantly pry into how you live, instead of focusing on the actual issues you bring up. The apartments have a serious roach problem, and when you report it, they either brush it off with excuses or complain about something irrelevant. Instead of addressing the problem you point out, they do whatever they think needs fixing, completely ignoring what you actually asked them to handle. It's frustrating and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

I would not recommend moving here. Only lived here for one year and had the worst experiences!! I have to echo a lot of what people said below about them being unclear about their policies or what they want. I had a lot of the same issues and ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere because of all he unprofessional behavior The place is horrible, is ridden by cockroaches and other vermin yet management doesn’t care about fixing the problem, except on finding faults to get rid of tenants to keep their deposits. The amount of times I would be concerned for my roommate and her kids because there was always random cars parked in front of our unit or just random people roaming around and starting fights. My sister lives here the manager doesn't care for the maintainance of the apartment And it is Infested!! With roaches. She has told them several times and they don't do anything about it its so bad! that they have even crawled on me at night! Whenever I visited don't recommend until they do something about the infestation but other than that the apartments are Ok
