This review is in reference to Flournoy's Neuhaus Lake Worth site in Lake Worth, TX. Property Manager Marisol Saucedo has not responded to prior requests for her Supervisor's information, thus I am publicly seeking assistance. Details can be found below. My wife and I made the unfortunate decision to live here two years ago. I'm hopeful my review can save any interested party from a similar poor experience. On move in, our BRAND NEW unit had mold in the kitchen cabinets (pics attached). While this is very clearly an issue, it took management over a month to rectify the situation. Ongoing access door issues throughout the lease, repeated elevator failures, unreliable internet, inadequate unit preparation, frequent disruptions around the complex, and ongoing communication breakdowns since April of last year, with shifting timelines and little follow-through. Been living in Amberleigh Shores in Wilmington NC for the past 3 1/2 years and love it. Conveniently located, apartment complex is well run by management. Grounds are clean, maintenance people are pleasant and prompt to issues if there is one.

Flournoy has been wonderful- they manage a lot of our rentals for Brock Jones, Inc, and B&B Properties for us- I couldn't be happier with the service they provide us and their staff is A+. They make our life so much better knowing we don't have to worry about our properties we know that Tom, and his team have it covered. So if you're looking for a property management company for your properties residential or commercial I highly recommend giving them a call- they have handled our properties for many years and we are very pleased.
