Axel is the best inspector I have ever had! He did the 4 points inspection for my house in Stoneybrook in early November. Due to my urgent need from insurance company , he scheduled my appointment the next day after my call and sent me the inspection reports the same night of the inspection. He not only answered all my questions but also made reasonable suggestions on the repair. He is knowledgeable, responsive and patient. After the payment, we called him for follow up questions - he gave us good advice and proactive reminders, huge help in our vendor and material selection processes! Just had the 4 Point Inspection and Wind Mitigation Inspection on the house. It was a fantastic experience. Axel was extremely professional and the work was done timely and in great detail. I cannot think of anything he did not look at and that he did not take pictures of. I had the house built and I know every detail of the house. Without telling him anything, his inspection verified what I already knew. I was super impressed. Axel even verified the dates of the A/C installation and Water Heater installation without me showing him the receipts. A drone was used to photograph the roof and it was done is such detail that I again was impressed.
