We worked with Florida title advisors. I highly recommend their services. They did a great job for us. We closed virtually on a property we recently purchased.

As a mortgage broker and real estate agent, Florida Title Advisors is the only title company I recommend my clients too. They are extremely accommodating and I have never had trouble getting a hold of someone here as I have in the past with other title companies. If you are looking for a smooth closing, this is the place to refer your clients.

Worst title company ever!!!, fellow agents, DO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY they made so many mistakes on my closing that i thought i was dealing with children, and then talking to person in charge and tells me they did NOTHING wrong when my own broker told them they were WRONG !!!! writing the commission check to another person and they will NOT cut another check???again, all south florida real estate agents plz do not use florida title advisors !!!!

Florida Title Advisors did my closing for an investment property and it couldn't have gone any smoother! Highly recommended!
