The lack of customer service is appalling. I’ve been under contract to purchase a home with one of FSM’s communities, and submitted the application and background check on 11/18. The disclosure said in black and white that it would take no more than 10 days to complete. Here we are on 12/9 and several attempts at communications later and I’m still getting brushed aside. They tell me, we’ll put a call out and have someone contact you. Then nothing… I told the woman that time was of the essence. Her response again, “someone will call you back.” My attorney told me the HOA approval was the only thing needed to close the deal, otherwise it will fall apart. The most unprofessional property management company I’ve ever encountered. They have a customer service rep by the name of Mark, that calls you to pass the buck about someone else dropping the ball, then he acts like he is just a clueless worker that doesn’t know how to solve your problem. I got a call from Mark after calling in about a document that was holding up my real estate closing. The document was supposed to have been received over a week prior to my inquiry. When I answered the call, he was asking for a phone number to my title agent. Once I asked him why, he said he didn’t know why, and he’s just a customer service agent. Outstanding service all around. The team is attentive, patient, and easy to work with. Everything is well organized, and it’s reassuring to know that things are handled correctly and efficiently every time. definitely a company you can rely on.
