I left the rental immaculate, and they kept 500 of my security deposit. I thought they were friends, paid on time, and even let them show the place, and kept electric on. Very dishonest people. PLEASE read your contract, as there's very unfair RULES.

Crews have no consideration for neighbors, blasting music 12 hours a day, drinking beer on site, and leaving trash that blows all over the neighborhood. Could care less that people don't want to hear chain saws and pounding till 8PM every night. Zero interest in saving any trees and vegetation on properties, clearing lots to stack houses right next to one another to maximize profit. But hey, there's a Jesus fish on the back of the boss's truck so all is forgiven, right?

This company is clear-cutting a ton of wooded lots in the High Springs and Alachua area to squeeze in many homes 👎👎 shameful. Get out of our neighborhoods

I’ve been with Fl Homes for about 5 years and I love them.. they have great customer service and they’re very professional, I’d recommend to anyone!!!!
