Dave Fetty was the most thorough home inspector I have ever worked with and provided a very detailed report. Dave inspected a newly built home for us and spent approximately 6 hours going through every detail. Despite it being a new build from a very reputable builder, Dave shared code violations in the electrical, HVAC, roof, downspouts, and other issues. Dave's report will help me get these items corrected under the builders warranty and save me from future problems down the line. Dave's attention to detail means you get to understand everything from the small stuff (eg. our cabinets were not hung properly with cabinet screw) to the big stuff like electrical circuits not installed properly. I would highly recommend Dave / Florida Home Inspection!!!

Dave and Nada conducted our one-year warranty inspection with promptness and professionalism. They performed a comprehensive inspection of the entire home, including the attic. Dave has so much knowledge and so very helpful. If you are building dont wait...have him do a roughed in inspection. I wish I would have done that. Builders suck in Florida. He helps to protect you. Worth every penny.
