Worst experience with a title company in 26 years in the business. Having closed millions of dollars in sales for many years this takes the cake! This was a personal transaction which Seller chose title and what a mess! From being issued a deed prior to seller having title to the property, names being recorded wrong on deeds and poor communication from what appear to be part time employees. Stay away if you want a smooth transaction there are many better qualified choices in the area.

I did not have a good experience with this title company. I am a real estate agent and I work with various title companies so I do have comparison. This transaction involved a sale of a vacant lot and the biggest issue was lack of communication. I understand this wasn’t a million dollar deal but all of the clients should be treated seriously. To get any information I would have to call multiple times and leave messages because the contact person was unavailable. When I tried verifying whether my client’s money was received I was told somebody would call me back and they didn’t. I called again and I was told they are unable to access the file as the person responsible for it was out of office. I called again and finally someone was able to verify. In the meantime my client was freaking out

As an investor in the area I can tell you that Florida Abstract is the best title company in Florida! We buy and sell land everyday and use FAST for all of our transactions. Everyone is really busy right now but they are still getting the job done. My company has worked well with them for many years and hope to continue for many more!

I've called a few times over the past few years. Shantel was who I wanted to speak to because I dealt with her previously and was satisfied the first time but since trying to speak with her over the phone for different business was always told she will call me back and I never heard from her once. I don't know why but will seek another company.

We had a fast, smooth, and easy close. Alexia is awesome. We'll use Florida Abstract Security Title again and highly recommend them!
