Floral Gardens Apartments

Please be aware that the management of these apartments appears to engage in highly questionable practices. Their business model seems to prioritize filling units without conducting proper background checks. Shortly after I moved in, I began receiving alerts indicating that individuals with criminal records were residing in the neighborhood. It appears that several residents may have such backgrounds. Additionally, police vehicles have been present in the parking area on multiple occasions, which raises serious safety concerns.

This has been a very disappointing experience. The management is extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and difficult to deal with. Communication is poor, and they often fail to address concerns in a timely manner. The terms of the contract are misleading. The condition of the rooms is below standard, with visible wear and tear, poor maintenance, and low-quality fixtures. Despite this, the management charges excessive amounts from the security deposit when you vacate, often under questionable reasons.

The housing quality is very poor. The roof is made of cheap material, and you can hear every footstep and noise from other units. The appliances are low quality, and the cabinets are old. Two-bedroom apartments are assigned to single occupants, making them unnecessarily expensive. Management also deducts more than half of the security deposit for cleaning, regardless of the apartment’s condition.

Worst apartment to live in. Old homes, high rent Manager is ruthless. Walls aren’t insulated properly Heaters are placed inside the bedroom-another nightmare when it starts and stops. Security deposit would never be returned to you. Only plus is the David, the maintenance guy/ very kind respectful guy. Try any other apartment in and around Dover/Somersworth Not even a single star

Delivering some food and parked in the wrong spot. Person who claimed to 'own the place' chased me down and tried to lecture me about not getting in his way. Very aggressive and offputting. Wouldnt have been a problem if he wasn't acting as if he wanted to rip my head off the entire time. Cool, I parked in the wrong spot, mistakes happen. Careful of this place.
