I have to say... of ALL the places I have ever lived... Fleetwood is THE most amazing when it comes to working with its tenants. As long as you keep in contact with them and let them know whats going on, they're sympathetic and work with you. Where other places would just kick you out a minute past being late, Fleetwood is understanding and will give u an opportunity to make it right. With times being as tough as they are... this is a super amazing quality you dont see ANYWHERE else...and it is appreciated. Thank you to the wonderful staff for always being so helpful and having smiles on your faces. You are amazing. Thank you!!!

Alejandra and Kevin has been very supportive in my decision to renew my lease that I will be signing today. Also maintenance takes really good care of the property. Which I'm really thankful for them too! Great team, thank you all!

Kevin is so amazing ! He is so professional and very helpful whenever I step into the office. He has such a warm welcome and always willing to assist with anything :)

He was very knowledgeable about the property and made the whole process feel easy. I can’t wait until a 2-bedroom loft becomes available so I can apply!

I must say this have been a wonderful experience. From the time I walked in Fleetwood apartment I first came in contact with Kevin who is marvelous. He listen to my needs took me to look at five units to help me select my new dream home. I was captivated by the loft unit which is amazing. I went through with my application then Kevin passed me to his amazing property manager Angie omg she is the best she had the best vibe when I sat down to speak with her she smiled and asked me how can I assist. Felt like home I explain my need she advised me to give her 24 to 48 hours to process and she will get back to me and she did just that. Following my approval I moved in and was welcomed by the neighbors and children on the property. I am happy that I chose Fleetwood for my new home I want to say
