Pros: paper towels, detergent, and toilet paper are provided, amazing location, close to trader joe’s and harris teeter, weekly cleaning service, comfy bed, two huge windows in some of the bedrooms, super cute and residential neighborhood Cons: bedroom door doesn’t lock from the outside, horrible wifi, not a stellar package system, dorm like, disrespectful and messy and loud roommates, despite it being a no smoking building the apartment and bedrooms smell of smoke and marijuana strongly and frequently, no front desk/no security on site, fire alarm is very sensitive even when there’s no smoke, they gave me a male roommate to share a bathroom with, the common area downstairs was under renovation and unusable for over 5 months (still being renovated when I moved out and they kept delaying t
