I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Sonya for her incredible help during my apartment search. From the very beginning, she was not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and provide thoughtful guidance. Sonya’s patience and dedication truly made a difference, and I’m so thankful for her support throughout this journey. Her care and commitment are a rare find, and I’m incredibly appreciative of everything she did to make this experience positive and seamless. This is by far the best community i have been apart of.

We love Flats! My family has been here almost 2 years and Sonya as well as the team from maintenance to the wonderful woman who cleans the community is AMAZING! If you’re looking to move anywhere Flats is the way to go!

I lived at Flats on the Green for 2 years and I have genuinely enjoyed my stay. I recently moved out only to find a bigger apartment. Sonya is truly amazing. She is always super patient and very helpful. It’s rare to find personable interactions like Sonya’s these days. I highly recommend this community!

Sonya at the front office is the absolute best! Literally the best office manager since I've been here for 3 years. The 5 stars are really for her!

Sonya is amazing and has been from the very start !! She’s very considerate and honest and caters to anything the residents may need. And the property ? Beautiful within all exceptions. My daughter and I are very pleased and excited that we are now flats on the green residents !
