Flats At Wellington

The leasing agent at Flats Ashlyn made my move in process fast and easy she’s walked me thru the whole process with patience and has made sure every request I had at move in was met. So far so good !

Do not live here. Grounds are nasty; there’s trash and broken glass/beer bottles everywhere. There’s sewage issues too that leak out on walking paths. There are loud parties constantly, people are always out yelling, partying, and drinking at all hours/days. Bugs, rodents, etc. My car’s license plates were also stolen from the parking lot. When I first moved in they called me the day I was supposed to move in to relocate me to a different unit because of plumbing issues. My new unit had a non-working appliances: a fridge and a filthy stove (with a rat living in it) for a month. The new manager Jeremy is really kind and does his best, but there’s almost never anyone in the office and they don’t really return calls.

I am a resident at Mueller Place on Berkman Dr. New management Asset is without question the best I’ve dealt with. Ms Palacios is knowledgeable, professional, and prompt with anything requested. David (new maintenance) keeps this property looking clean and presentable. I am very pleased with the recent changes. Y’all are doing it right!!

If you are looking for amenities we have it. State of the art fitness system- open your door and flee from loose dogs and flying bullet's as you hurdle the waste from your neighbor. Night life- fall asleep and wake up to the sweet sounds of three different genres of music melting together over car speakers. Community and arts- walk the property and harvest your own glass, needles and food waste in many of our community "reclamation" piles found through put the property. Plus the added bonus of a very low local law enforcement presence makes this an ideal home for any family.

Growing concern for myself and neighbors safety as gunshots and gun trafficking have become a regular occurrence at Build 5 of the Flats at Wellington in the Windsor Park Neighborhood in Mueller, Austin, Texas. Have requested assistance from law enforcement, neighborhood association and apartment property owners. Asking, publicly, for evictions of the 2 apartments that seem to be the hub of the dangerous activity which includes car chases, stolen vehicle dumping, sex work and loud parties until 3 am. PLEASE HELP.
