Flats at Perimeter Place - Dunwoody

I thought about collecting all of my thoughts in ChatGPT and just taking the easy route however that would not do justice to the team at the Flats. I arrived as a somewhat lost person trying to figure out housing in the area and came across Erika, Kayla, and the rest of the team. They gave a great tour and took every bit of time they could to show me around and make me comfortable with the space. I returned a few times to take a peek at a few different units and the team was extremely patient while I tried to figure out what made the most sense for me. In the end, between the rooftop, the walkability, the pool, the epic view of Target (my favorite store now) I would say they did pretty awesome convincing me this was the place for me. 🤍🩶🖤🤎💜🩵💙💚💛🧡🩷❤️

We moved here in October and the experience has been great so far. Jayla has been very helpful since day one, answering all of our questions, keeping us updated, and addressing any concerns. Her and Erika worked very hard to help us get the unit we wanted and made sure everything was to our liking upon move in and any issues were fixed. The management team has been very professional, nice, and helpful. The property is well kept, clean, and any problems are resolved as quick as possible. The location is a major plus—so convenient and close to many food spots, Jeni’s, Target, and much more. Overall, we are very satisfied with our decision to move to the Flats and would definitely recommend moving here.

First let me say that i am blown away by the professionalism and their personal touch Ladies. This has been one of best experience I've had with a property management team. Im truly glad that I call this place home. All I need now is better candy selection in the bowls when I come in. Lol

My move-in experience was incredible thanks to Jayla! I was touring various places around the area and I came across the Flats at Perimeter Place. This place was on my list of potential places to live but this is over my price range. I scheduled a tour and Jayla showed me around. Jayla was super understanding with where I was coming from in terms of my price range for my living situation; and she was able to help me secure a place within a reasonable price! One thing that really stuck with me with the move-in inspection was that Jayla brought her ipad and helped me by pointing out things to make sure the apartment was in good condition and that it wouldn't be taken out of my security deposit in the future.
