Flats at Beechmont

This location clearly only shows outdated pictures. The 1 star was honestly only given because the leasing agent was sweet and helpful. Other then that the place itself is a mess. If you don't own a car and get around with Ubers or on the bus then this is thebplqce for you. There is barely any parking. The main hallway is just nasty! I was shicked they even had the nerve to show this place. The hallway was nasty as well as the laundry area looked nasty and worn down. The unit we saw and dead bugs all in it. They didn't even bother to sweep the place up. The lot was a nightmare. It's super tight and wasn't even treated at all. Kitchens are tiny as hell. I mean come on. This place isn't worth the amount of money they are asking for. One of the residents told me and my girl don't move here. R
