Flat Creek Village Apartments

My boyfriend and I personally enjoyed living here. We did not resign due to a family emergency but really wanted to stay here. The maintenance team was always very friendly and accommodating with my dog when they had to do maintenance when no one was home. Furthermore, I loved the fact that our apartment had the lament flooring (highly suggest if one is available). The noise from other neighbors was not bad at all and all were super friendly! The only downfall for us was the parking. Your allotted 1 parking space per apartment and if you have an additional car you have to park in your buildings designated overflow (which can fill up quick) or the visitors (which was at the other end of the complex from my apartment). Other than that, you really can’t beat $900 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath apart

Quarterly they inform us they will change the ac filter. 10 months in not one replacement. They only fix things if you ask many many times. The employees are sweet but it seems this place is below standard ownership. If I could go back I'd sign somewhere else. Way overpriced if we aren't getting maintenance and being lied to about it. Keep looking.

I live behind this place, and someone here has a dog outside that keeps barking all night long. Our neighbors have complained, but they said they couldn't do anything about it.
