Retreat at Weaverville

I’m starting my new apartment search and recently visited The Retreat at Weaverville, where I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth. She was absolutely great from start to finish. Elizabeth took the time to show me the entire complex, walked me through the different floor plans, and explained all of the amenities in detail. She was very informative, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude—she made me feel welcomed and confident as I continue my apartment search. Highly recommend asking for Elizabeth!

These apartments are clean, quiet, and in a great location—but what really makes this place stand out is Rhonda. She’s always friendly, quick to help, and creates a true sense of community. She even put together a pizza party for everyone, which was such a nice touch. Easily the best property manager I’ve ever had!

This post is only about the maintenance staff. I truly appreciate Larry and Cody for taking care of me when the storage sprinkler burst and flooded my living room. They ensured I was back in my apartment in a more than timely manner. Walking in to see the carpet replaced in the whole apartment was a great surprise. Kudos to them!

The engineers, Larry and Cody, have been with the property since our connection began in 2023. They have consistently been professional, while maintaining a personal demeanor vis-a-vis residents. The current manager, Rhonda, has proven to be an experienced, mature, professional manager who finds a delicate balance between prioritizing the needs/wants of residents and property policies. She has been a welcome addition to the strong engineering team. The property is located close to great shopping, yet secluded from the noise and traffic of the city. It is well maintained and well-appointed with amenities. Most residents are cheerful and polite.

I have lived here for 5 months now, and overall it has been a calm and enjoyable experience. There were some initial snafus, but those Issues were corrected quickly. The best part of living here is the mountain views I have from my apartment. It makes the hell of moving from Texas worth the trip! Plus my dog is happy here too!
