Flamingo Pines Senior Apartments

Not good sperience . I got denied only because I was not deaf they told me it was required. I am deaf and my doctor has to say I was deaf to be able to get the apartment I am disabled but my doctor told me they cannot specify my disability at least I give them the permission but at cores I not deaf. Sound weird is the first time I heard that it requires specific disability to get low income. It is so sad that I am old, and I can't pay rent with my social security, which is noting

Lived here 3 years now. Great complex. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Exceptional rent for location, includes utilities. Thoughtful amenities. USB ports in each room, easy reach electric outlets, ice maker in freezer, self-cleaning oven. Front loading washers and dryers in laundry room conveniently placed side by side like you would in a home. Lockers for your laundry supplies. Strip mall around corner short walk to grocery, pharmacy, beauty shop, restaurant, bank, dental office, urgent care facility, neighborhood casino, and more.

Veronica is the rudest, nastiest, person I have ever had the displeasure to speak with. She is uncaring, lacks empathy and civility. She is nasty, nasty, woman, who should not work with the aging community.

Nice new apartments with housing for seniors on a limited income given priority. Non smoking property with pool and all the amenities you would want or need.

I never got to see the apartments, however I'd Really love to live here! 👍
