Not to bad for what we have. Been renting since Sept 2022 and have never had any issues out of anything. Would recommend for a small 3 person family. They are also pet friendly so that is a very good perk here!

Still waiting for what's left off my security deposit back and it's been 125 days today. Under NC law they have only 30 days to get it to you before you can take legal action. I've been patient but I'm at my wits end with these people. If I was late 10 days on rent they would have evicted me but when its them owing me money they like to take their sweet time. Don't bother renting from this company they're a bunch of crooks!!

Absolutely insane woman! Foul language! Blasted profane music to make people move off the beach, even though we were less than 20 feet from the water. The manager/owner of this property is absolutely no one you would want your children/grandchildren around! Stay very far away from this lunatic! Flamingo Investment prop LLC in Destin FL, is horrible!

This company is a scam i paid 1500 to move in when there rate was 750 only been there 2 months and they shot up to 925. They only do month to month so if you pay your rent up and they increase it they dont honor you recipe they want to give you your money and move. They never answer the phones and when they do it takes days for them to handle anything or contact you back. They aint even fixed the work order on my apartment yet and ive already had issues the managers in the office is very rude i would not waist your money or time with this company

I can honestly only speak for myself but thus far the entire staff has been great. I haven't got to the lease signing yet but from the first time I inquired through the entire process the staff and management have always returned my calls with friendliness and professionalism.
