Worst experience ever with Jennifer Zagroski. Unprofessional and unethical are the two words to describe her. She mislead us on the repair addendum so we backed because we thought he was not going to fix the things we wanted. The seller reached out to us as to why we backed out because he was going to fix everything so he didn't understand why I told him that is not what we were told. So we went back into contract. She also continued to say things about her personal life which was very unprofessional. She even went as far as calling the inspector and his daughter (who was not there) a nerd. I was mortified as the inspector was the nicest man. She never took the house off the market when she was supposed to and refused to let the seller sign the P&S because she said he did not want to sign

I love these people! Lorrie, the receptionist, makes you feel like you are an honored guest. There are 3 dozen independent highly educated Realtors and an Appraisal company under one roof and an attorney , Daniel Baruti, in the adjoining office. All in all, you feel welcome, well cared for and valued when you walk through the door.
