He was incredibly responsive, honest, and supportive throughout the entire process and gave great offer strategy advice that ended up paying off! Not knowing anything about selling a house, or anyone that was in the business , we remembered a friend who was a realtor and contacted him to see if he could help us out. We had no idea what to expect but Chad Dupuis made it so easy for us! He explained the process and what we had to do to get the property ready to sell. He looked over everything, took notes and gave us his thoughts on an asking price. He explained the costs involved for the state, lawyers and his commission. He had a photographer come and take pictures to post on social media which certainly helped sell the property. Without his help thru the whole process, we would have been lost. He was friendly, respectful and courteous. We would 100% recommend Chad to anyone that is looking to buy or sell property.
