Unfortunately I can’t give them a ZERO! I moved out in August transferred ownership to the new owner beginning of September. Now the CEO is refusing to give me my deposit from 2011 when I moved in! He is an absolute joke! This company doesn’t care about anything but the money they demand to collect every month AND blame the property managers for all the issues! The property managers have their hands tied and are unable to get anything done for their residents because of the CEO!

I have lived in Woodland Acres for over 5 years. When I moved here it was wonderful as it was privately owned. Since Flagship has taken over, it has been a miserable place to live. My rent has gone up over $200 and since they added water and sewage on the rent bill (which former owner paid) it has been totally ridiculous. My charges have the last three months and when I called about it I was told a flat out lie. Now I have been waiting for corporate to respond to an email the temporary office manager supposedly sent to them. We have to pay our rent at Walmart (which is such an inconvenience) and charged $4 extra or pay on line through a third party which charges almost $40 for a processing fee. I have lived in my mobile home for 5 years now. It was very reasonably priced and pleasant. Now, since acquired by Flagship, it has been one thing after another. My rent has gone up $100 over the past few years. While that's not as bad as some others, that is a lot for a single mother. On top of that, the mowing fee is ridiculous. I would happily pay an extra $20/$30 a month for the park to do it, but no. They want to charge like $65 if they end up "having to do it". I am, again, a single mother working like 60hrs a week with a special needs child. On top of all this, now I am being required to use Spectrum or eat $55 dollar fee? Forcing people to take internet and cable even though some can not afford it. I feel no one should make someone pay out money they don't want. All previous tenants should be grandfather in with what they had. The lease does not say that you have to have their Internet and cable. New tenants may have that in their lease

I notified the manager in November that our A/C was not working. After waiting until the weather started getting warm again in March I told the new manager that our central A/C was out. We finally got 2 window units in late April for the bedrooms but on 80 plus degree days they aren't cooling the kitchen and living room. I have begged for the central unit to be repaired or at least for a window unit to cool the rest of the house. I have been late paying the rent only once due to the error of the manager. I just made my 70th ontime rent payment!
