Thank you for a wonderful stay in Casterton Circle. Beautiful villa, in a gorgeous neighbourhood.
Rented 149 Grosvenor Loop FL, was mortified by this experience. I can’t believe it just kept getting worse and worse. It was so filthy and the place is falling apart. The kitchen cabinets and blinds were disgusting. No washable coffee filter or coffee filters to use coffee pot. Pool sticks all had no tips, foose ball table was broke. The pool deck in the back was dirty, pool had black ring around it inside that you could rub off with your finger. Toilet in master bathroom was not bolted down and silicone they tried to hold it down was all peeled off. Shower head was so corroded it barely sprayed. BBQ was dirty and wobbly, garbage and recycle cans were full. Called to talk to them and was told off by Gillian. When I asked a few questions, she interrupted me and told me if I’d stop talking
Rented 615 Montara Drive in Calbay Parc but was very displeased with how it was presented and our stay. Five Palms Property Management and Orlando Vacation Rental Homes should not be renting this property out in that condition and there was only a $75 coupon offered for a future stay after dealing with the following. They informed me I should have come up with this list upon arrival and they could have fixed it during my stay. Sorry, but I don't want people coming in and out of my house during COVID to fix issues that shouldn't have existed in the first place. Ants in the master bathroom Air hockey wasn't functional because there was no extension cord - disappointed kids Dartbord was broken - same The back blinds were not functioning properly (cannot pull them close as they should be)
Gillian at Five Palms Property management was friendly and is quick to reply to guests. I will definitely book a villa with them again when I return and will highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you for the lovely experience!
Lovely property with all mod cons. Nothing is too much trouble would use again excellent.
