Fitzroy Riverdale

The entire Fitzroy Riverdale Team have been amazing! Debbie, Andrew, Kenzie and Tyler have all been knowledgeable, attentive and VERY pleasant and professional. The on property amenities, to include dog park, on property Masseuse, valet trash, business center, dog wash suite and resort style pool are just a few of the reasons I chose to call Fitzroy Riverdale home!

I love Debbie! She genuinely cares about what you want & points you in the right direction to just that. The property is well maintained & professionally managed. Upon entering the leasing office, it really feels like home. The amenities are most definitely top notch.

Fitzroy Riverdale has made living alone so easy, stress-free, and fun!! Andrew was so helpful during the tour and move in process. He made me feel super comfortable and eased any of my concerns. The amenities are amazing! The pool is beautiful and the gym has a lot of different machines for a good work out. I love how they have a trash service, it makes it really easy not having to lug your garbage somewhere outside. I would recommend 100% to anyone who asked!

I visited a few months before moving and loved the property! They have updated amenities and staff that is exceptional! Andrew is absolutely amazing and is great at his job!

Fitzroy Riverdale location has been a wonderful experience so far. It is nestled in a cozy part of town, away from main streets. Quite and intimate. Cameras everywhere which make me feel safe. The apartment itself is beautiful and modern. Amenities are unique and clean. The gym has everything one would need. The staff are very helpful and inviting. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex.
