Management is extremely irresponsible and doesn’t care about their tenants even the least. For the 1.5 years that I’ve lived there, I’ve encountered horrible roach and rodent problems. The walls of my bathroom LITERALLY PEELED AND FELL OFF!! The stove was also broken and only one burner was working. All the hinges in the closets were rusty and greasy and disgusting. If you’re still reading this, I have no idea why you would still consider renting from them!! Also, they WILL scam you and take your security deposit!!

I don’t know what’s wrong with the people who work here. Everyone has an attitude. Check your attitude at the door it’s not that deep. I have called the main office 5 times during business hours. Left messages for someone to get back to me. And when I do reach someone they try to push the question back on my super when my super is the person who told me to call the office 🤔. I called back and now “suddenly” I am getting no answer. This is Pathetic and unprofessional. If you don’t like your job, get a new one.

Horrible. I being receiving letter and calls saying that they need to check again the payments from last year, is being the fourth time that I have to show them my bank statements to prove my rent payments. Being calling like crazy, idk who is the assistance but it picks up the phone and hung out. Rude, 0 starts.

The only reason I give this company a 2 is because of how long I’ve been living here. The super here is very disrespectful, he does not like to to do his job, work done in the apartment is either not done at all, done wrong, or just not completed. It is very very difficult to get in touch with anyone from the office. I spend weeks calling before I get a call back. It’s a great apartment but management and the super here have to change their ways or get another job. This is very unfair for your tenants. Shame on you.
