It was a wonderful vacation in Paradise Palms Resorts ! Brandon the bartender was incredible, quick and excellent service. He was thoughtful and made the experience lovely. He was very attentive to the fact that someone in our group did not drink alcohol. Mia and Sonia at the front desk were always smiling and very very kind. They welcomed us every morning warmly. Alexis at the Starbucks in the clubhouse was so sweet and a darling. She told us it was only her fifth day working there, however she was excellent and made us delicious coffees!! We would definitely return to this resort !! Staff is wonderful :))

Mia at the front desk was wonderful during our stay at Paradise Palms Resort. We were a family visiting Orlando, so having someone patient and helpful made a big difference for us. She took the time to explain everything clearly. She gave us very helpful information about the operating hours of the resort amenities, which helped us plan our days around the parks and still enjoy the pool and other facilities. She also explained how package deliveries work within the resort, which was extremely useful since we had a few items being delivered during our stay. Mia was friendly, professional, and seemed happy to help. Thank you, Mia!

They made our pool check-in quick and easy, and took the time to tell us all about the amenities available. I had to take the time to write this amazing review for such an amazing person. Marissa Marrocos is the most welcoming and generous person I’ve met at Villa Del Sol in Kissimmee. From the first day I met her, her presence was so welcoming. It has always been a pleasure communicating with Marissa. Each conversation we’ve had, she’s met me with kindness and has been so friendly. It was such a relief to talk to Marissa one day when I was having a bad day. Her professionalism, customer service and generosity is top tier. Marissa has always been informative when I’ve asked questions about the community. Each time she spoke, she was cheerful and I was always met with a smile. I really think she’s deserves recognition for her work and her amazing character. What a wonderful person she is. ❤️
