Id stopped by the local office today and was immediately greeted by Brittany who was extremely friendly and helpful with all my questions. I was then able to speak to Gary and Thomas w my questions on my home and repairs I would like to get done. They scheduled for a tech to come out right away. Lastly Ciera helped me with renewal questions. The local office has restored my faith in FirstKey Homes and I would highly recommend them. They really care about their residents .

5 stars only for the Tech Gary that came to respond to my 911 furnace concern. He was prompt, efficient, and thorough. He was also respectful and kind throughout his visit. The maintenance technicians are the only good experience I have with this company, IF/WHEN you can get them to show up. I think I talk to Gary directly when I have an issue with scheduling and he's really helpful and I really appreciate that he answers when I call or calls me back ASAP. First Key Homes as a property management company would get 0 stars if possible.

I would recommend Firstkey Homes for friends and family to rent from. Their maintenance department is easy to work with and Carol and her team do a wonderful job with explaining exactly what is needed. Highly recommend.
