Yunior, the maintenance manager, went above and beyond on Monday. He arrived at my apartment less than 30min of me making an emergency maintenance request. He evaluated the situation and immediately made a FaceTime call to a subcontractor to access the damage. That contractor was at my home @8am the next day and successfully and satisfactorily completed the task before 10am! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I have been living at this complex since 2017. There have been a lot of turnover where the entire staff has been replaced. However, I can honestly say that since InLivian has taken over management of the complex, significant improvements have occurred. We have received better maintenance to individual units, new roofs, repaving of the parking lot, new signs to identify the community,

The pictures posted on the website for this property do not accurately reflect how the property is maintained. The management company keeps the clubhouse area in excellent condition, but the attached photos show the areas outside residents' homes. These pictures are of homes directly around the corner from the clubhouse. These photos were taken on 7/31/25, immediately after the landscapers had finished for the day. Instead of picking up the leaves and garbage on sidewalks and in the street the landscapers hurriedly blew all the debris up against residents’ homes. This prevents proper cleanup once leaves get stuck in pine straw and sadly if leaves were left in the street the City Street Sweeping trucks would have cleaned them. All issues were addressed and resolved immediately. We are truly appreciative of his prompt response, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service. I had a problem with the ceiling leaking in my apartment, and I put in my order for repair. The maintenance gentleman came to look at it and promised me he would come back that Monday,he did come that Monday and told me he will have it repaired within a few days. The maintenance crew came the following Wednesday and repaired the ceiling and the wall. They all did a great job.👍 They prove to be informative and fixed it promptly, fixed the issue. Thank you for your great work and workers. Beautiful job. It looks like new. Thanks to Frankie again.
