We just closed very complicated, multilevel purchase with large refinancing involved and SARA was able to pull it off… The best part of this business is that she was willing to work countless hours and finalize the deal on December 30 after 10 PM! She worked tirelessly through Christmas and weekends to pull this deal off and everyone around could not believe how well all the paperwork was prepared and finalized. I work in real estate. I have managed over 5,000 real estate transactions to date. I am very experienced in the industry. In 2021 I decided to use First Virginia Title & Escrow to help me with my personal home purchase in Yorktown VA. I purchased a brand new home in 2021 and they did not clear title correctly from the builder. They made so many mistakes and 4 years later I'm still dealing with this nightmare. They failed to handle the condo resale package property and never mailed me anything about it and failed to add it to the CD. So I ended up having to pay 4 months of dues all at once due to their mistake. They also recorded the wrong deed, among other things so that all had to be redone and refiled. Now, here we are 4 years later I am still trying to fix all the mistakes they made. I
