The warranty department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been in my home for nearly two years and here recently I have experienced several issues with the hvac system. On Tuesday July 25 I submitted a warranty request because my home was no longer cooling to the desired temperature it was staying at a consistent 82 degrees in the home with 100 degree temperatures outside. I have a 10 month old daughter and these temperatures are unbearable for her to live in. I was told they would be out on Friday. The company they used sent a technician who didn’t have the part that was needed to repair my unit. It took him a couple of hours to troubleshoot but he ultimately said he could do nothing but let his team know the details of the part and wait on it to come in. I reached out to the compan

Stay on top of them if you buy a home from them. They failed to register our ac system so it defaulted to a 5 year warranty instead of a 10 year. Our hvac system has failed to properly work since we purchased this home.
