Bloomfield Homes at Maplewood

I met Khalil when I visited your site in Glenn Heights. He could not have been more professional and engaging. I tend to be very critical about interactions with “sales people”, but he was friendly, passionate and honest. It saddens me that we are moving our search tonight Cedar Hills as he won’t be a part of the process, but the only reason I’m still looking at a Bloomfield home is due to my interaction with Khalil. Great experience!

6 months ago, I was daydreaming about building and owning my first home but I knew it wouldn’t happen soon. Carson took a dream and made it a reality. He kept me in my budget and took all the stress away. Carson and his team Jared (builder) and Michelle (designer) made this process super easy and made no mistakes. A not so pleasant experience was received today when we visited this Bloomfield neighborhood. Jason was the on-site and was with another customer when we were walking towards the model home. The customer asked if Jason needed to speak to us in which he said, “no, y’all are my appointment that’s what I have an assistant for.” We were never greeted and the assistant is new and not well versed at answering the questions. Although the homes are beautiful, we will definitely not purchase a Bloomfield home.
